Our elite logistics network operates within specific, high-priority Drop Zones centered in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. If your GPS telemetry indicates your location is outside these active zones, the logistics link will be unavailable and checkout will be restricted until your drop pin is within an active sector.

• Standard Delivery Link: 30–45 minutes from preparation node departure.
• Priority Delivery: Under 25 minutes for high-density city sectors.

999 Undeliverable Protocols

If our logistics partner cannot establish a secure handover at your provided delivery coordinates:

1. The terminal/partner will attempt contact via your registered phone number (`+91`).
2. The order will be held at the nearest landmark or node for a maximum grace period of 15 minutes.
3. After this grace period, if no contact is established, the delivery session is terminated and no refund is issued due to the perishable and custom nature of prepared culinary items.
