111 Network Membership

Access to the Fraisind Club catalog is restricted to registered members. By entering this system and creating a profile, you agree to adhere to the Elite Code of Conduct and provide accurate identification data (`+91` mobile verification).

222 The Digital Vault (Wallet & Payments)

• All credits in your Digital Vault (Wallet) are non-transferable and tied to your unique mobile identifier.
• Wallet top-ups are final once the transaction is encrypted and authorized by your banking provider or UPI link (`upi://pay`).
• The system reserves the right to freeze Vault access in case of suspicious activity, payment chargeback fraud, or breach of protocol.

333 Order Protocol & Finality

• Orders are processed immediately upon payment authorization.
• You acknowledge that the preparation cycle begins the moment the order is acknowledged by the partner node (restaurant/store).
• Fraisind Foodverse reserves the right to refuse service or terminate orders from any terminal displaying malicious behavior or repeated false delivery coordinates.

444 Intellectual Property

All interface designs, branding, "Elite" aesthetics, and source code are the exclusive property of Fraisind Foodverse. Unauthorized replication, scraping, or reverse engineering of the platform logic or design is strictly prohibited under applicable intellectual property laws.

555 Limitation of Liability

Fraisind Foodverse provides a premium logistics link between you and our catalog of culinary and grocery nodes. We are not liable for terminal-level hardware errors, local network latency, or banking-side gateway outages outside our direct control.
